Pico de Gallo • 5 Tomatoes (seeds removed and diced) • 1 Red onion, chopped • 2 Jalapenos, chopped • 3 tbsp Corn • 1/3 tsp Salt • A pinch of black pepper • ½ Lime juice • ½ Solo garlic, chopped • ½ tbsp Olive oil • ½ dl Coriander chopped 1. Mix everything and put it in the fridge until ready. Guacamole • 1-2 ripe avocados • ½ Salted garlic • ¼ teaspoon Salt • A pinch of black pepper • A pinch of olive oil • 1 tablespoon Sour cream 1. Press with a fork into a smooth paste or use a stick blender.
