👉 Logistics channel website ►► https://logistik-kanal.de/ ▬ Description ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ (This is a reupload) Many freight forwarders, especially small ones, estimate personnel costs or decide on sales prices based on gut feeling instead of calculating them. This means that some entrepreneurs do not achieve the desired result at the end of the month or year. Calculating personnel costs is therefore an important first step in determining your costs and thus having the opportunity to create a cost-covering sales price. In this video, I would like to show how personnel costs can be calculated using a concrete example. Enjoy the video! :-) #Logistics #PersonnelCostCalculation #LogisticsChannel ▬ About this channel ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ On this channel I would like to provide information on everything worth knowing about logistics, regardless of whether it is current logistics topics, tips from professional practice or other topics worth knowing. The logistics channel is therefore aimed at everyone who works in logistics, for example professional drivers, warehouse workers, forwarding agents, entrepreneurs and everyone else. Please also take a look at the short channel trailer: • Video ▬ About me ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ My name is Horst, I am 37 years old and come from near Cologne. After completing my training as a forwarding agent in 2003, I initially worked for many years as a dispatcher in a forwarding company. At the end of 2010, I decided to do a business administration degree in addition to my training. In my opinion, business administration and logistics can be combined wonderfully :) After my studies, I have been employed as a manager in the same forwarding company since then, where I look after my employees and ensure smooth processes. Since the Corona pandemic, I have been on short-time work in some cases. I was faced with the decision of whether to spend the extra time in front of the TV or do something useful. You can see how I decided on this channel. :-) Some of the links in the video description are so-called affiliate links (*), which help keep this channel running. I only recommend products or services that I use myself or would use myself if the need arose. Thank you for your understanding.
