By the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated September 4, 2019, Rovshan Mammadov was appointed Chairman of the “Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting” Closed Joint-Stock Company. Since 2019, Rovshan Mammadov has initiated successful reforms in the CJSC, and the TV channels operating under the organization have been rebranded. Rovshan Mammadov has paid special attention to updating the technical equipment of television channels. Dozens of new successful projects have been developed on all three TV channels, and hundreds of feature-length documentaries have been produced.
