Paddle mixers are single-shaft and are used in farms for the production of BMVD by mixing protein components, macro- and microelements. The use of paddle mixers in a farm allows for the preparation of targeted compound feed based on BMVD, which makes up for the lack of vitamins and minerals in a specific diet. The mixer is suitable for the production of compound feed, PVC granules, premixes, mixing dry components, grass, hay, straw, and bulk products. Design features: - Radially twisted blades, slightly offset from the rotation axis, are used as the working element, which allows achieving a mixing homogeneity of 95-98% for a 4-component mixture. - Mixing in a horizontal plane allows avoiding mixture stratification into fractions even when working with components with different fractional compositions and bulk mass. - Allows the introduction of liquid components in a volume of 15% of the total mass. -Full self-unloading of the mixer is carried out by working bodies.
