You will be proud of them and you won't get enough of them :) The recipe is inspired by the traditional Karditsa sausages with leeks but with my own taste touches! In the video you will see the process in detail step by step with many tricks that will give you the opportunity to make your own sausages and experiment with their taste. My own tasting proposal has the following ingredients 2 kg of pork 100 ml of good quality black laurel :) 30 to 40 gr. salt 4 gr. black pepper 1 gr. turmeric 1 gr. allspice or cloves 2 g.
