Sift the wet glutinous rice flour. 3. Sift the castella. 4. Cut off only the yellow part of the ripened sweet pumpkin. 5. Mash about 3 tbsp of the sweet pumpkin. 6. Mix the sweet pumpkin with the glutinous rice flour and dissolve. 7. Add 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp water and dissolve. 8. Sift once more. 9. Place a cotton cloth in a steamer, place 1 tbsp sugar under it, and steam the glutinous rice flour for 12 minutes. 10. Dissolve half a tsp salt in 200ml water. 11. Spread cooking oil on a ziplock bag. 12. Spread salt water on the back of the rice cake and peel it off. 13. Place the rice cake on the ziplock bag and beat it. 14. Coat with Castella bread crumbs and cut to finish.
