Today we try to make homemade iced tea with a quick and easy recipe that uses real fruit. Will we be able to decide whether peach tea or lemon tea is better? The basic recipe to prepare it is the same for all (even for the other flavor we make, namely lime and mint): take the fruit (the peel in the case of lime or lemon) and boil it for about 3 minutes in 500 ml of water. Then, after filtering the resulting mixture, pour it into 500 ml of cold water and add 3 bags of black tea for an infusion of about 10/15 minutes. Finally, put it in the fridge and serve cold, perhaps with ice. Out of curiosity, let's then try to make lemon tea with the cold infusion method, which results in a much stronger tea, with a strong flavor and a more transparent appearance.
