The final day of the 2-night, 3-day Eastern Hokkaido Stamp Rally. After staying at the Dormy Inn in Abashiri the day before, we moved to Kitami. The first place we stamped that day was "Onneyu Onsen Roadside Station." We were able to buy 3kg of Kitami onions at a nearby direct sales store. Here, we completed all the stamps in the Eastern Hokkaido area. Next, we went to the Tokachi area. We headed to the roadside station we had left unstamped. After visiting the coldest town in Japan, "Aurora Town 93 Rikubetsu Roadside Station," we went to "Ashoro Ginga Hall 21 Roadside Station." We had pork bowl for lunch at the direct sales store. The pork bowl we ate in Tokachi Obihiro was exceptionally delicious with its seasoning. We stamped the last stamp at "Stella Honbetsu Roadside Station" and headed home. When we got home, we made dinner with the ingredients we had bought at various roadside stations. It was the first time we made boiled butterbur, and it was crispy, rich in fiber, and delicious.
