This video is about the history of German motorcycles DKW. The story of how a small company, starting with the production of an additional engine for a bicycle, by the end of the 1920s became the largest motorcycle manufacturer in the world. Some DKW models were so successful that they were copied by everyone. However, after the Second World War in the late 50s - early 60s, DKW production finally withered away for a number of reasons.
