Two years ago Marlis gave birth to her daughter Maya, who is not short. Maya is now almost as tall as her mother Marlis, which naturally leads to a lot of excitement in everyday family life. In episode 1, we accompany them as they tackle everyday tasks, as many of them pose an enormous challenge for the small-statured parents. And: Marlis will reveal that she is pregnant again. Another baby in the family, where even the lively Maya is not out of the woods yet? That also leads to serious thoughts: How will we manage it all? Meanwhile, Sarah is facing an emotional rollercoaster. Despite an unplanned pregnancy at 18, she decided to keep the child and separate from her partner Justin. But now that the two are back together and Sarah is moving in with Justin, doubts arise: Can they function as a couple and parents? And then there are Lena and Patricia, a happily married couple who have had a daughter for a year and long for a second child.
