More about Michèle: Michèle is an absolute optimist, a source of courage and strength. Energetic and empathetic. But it wasn't always like this. In March 2020, Michèle was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and was discharged as a palliative patient. After this shock, she was forced to rethink her life, set different priorities and make a plan for how to continue. Michèle decided to accept the diagnosis; but never the prognosis. With all her strength, she concentrated on what she could do herself alongside her targeted therapy. In retrospect, Michèle is grateful that the disease was detected just in time and forced her to steer her life in a new direction. With great enthusiasm, Michèle threw herself into a wide variety of coaching training courses so that she could lend a hand to people in every kind of life crisis. Of course, cancer patients are particularly close to her heart, who, in addition to their therapy, also want to make their own adjustments to help their body, mind and soul. Because Michèle knows how difficult it was and how much she wished for a hand to accompany her through this challenging time. Today, Michèle loves to see how everything changes in and around a person when he/she is ready to go out for themselves. For Michèle, one thing is very clear: health begins in the head and heart ♥️, because our thoughts, feelings and beliefs play a key role in what happens in our bodies. Today, Michèle leads a fulfilled and, in many ways, happier life than ever before.
