In a context of major tension on our health system and declining attractiveness of healthcare professions, the issue of the health of healthcare professionals has been invited into the political debate, where it occupies a prominent place for the first time. But what to do once this awareness has been acquired? And how to take into account the specific contexts and environments of practice that are specific to each person?
