In a world where smarter algorithms dominate instead of better arguments, are there people who notice our emotions? Oytun Yumşak completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Public Administration and then completed his master's degree in Business Administration. Yumşak, who works as an Instructor at İzgören Academy, has conducted more than 1600 days of educational work. Yumşak, who served as the Corporate Projects Manager at İzgören Academy between 2010-2015, has conducted educational and consultancy projects with more than 600 institutions of different sizes from different sectors. Yumşak, who takes part in the Turkey Ladybugs Program, has reached more than ten thousand people in child protection institutions, prisons, universities and village schools. Yumşak provides training on various topics such as trainer training, professional presentation and effective communication.
