THE PRINCE OF PEACE Isaiah 9:5. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder. True peace comes from God John 14:27. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. 1 Thessalonians 5:3. When they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. Matthew 10:34. But Jacob said, I will not let you go unless you bless me. 3. The Prince of Peace be with us. Philippians 4:6, 7. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your minds through Christ Jesus. Jeremiah 29:11. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. John 14:1. Let not your heart be troubled: for I know the thoughts that I think toward you. Believe in God, believe also in me.
