The video examines various mechanical systems that perform harmonic oscillations: a weight on a spring, a pendulum with small amplitudes, a cylindrical can floating in water. For each of them, equations of motion are derived and an expression for the oscillation frequency is found. Theoretical models are compared with experimental results.
