As Covid kept us from travelling for more than two years, we decided to set out on what turned out to be another sort of a journey: building a house and, in doing so, gaining a fair bit of space in many respects. Eventually, it took almost two years - from the first ground sample to the final interior furbishing. And as things normally go, this endeavour is likely to be far from over. While the Corona pandemic virtually eliminated any chance of local and long-distance travel, it was time to embark on a slightly different kind of journey: building a house together with the company Hanse Haus, which took almost two years. For more space, more freedom, and a good bit more quality of life. This film documents the project from the first soil sample to the finished interior furnishings. And as is the case with projects like this, you don't finish so quickly. #housebuildingdiary #housebuilding #hansehaus #housebuilding #prefabricatedhouse #interiordesign #housebuilding #prefabricatedvilla #housebuilding ________________________________________________ This film shows the construction of a prefabricated house with a basement including all preparatory and follow-up work such as earthworks, development and interior work.
