Since then, they have created their unmistakable profile in Brazilian instrumental music, entering the scene with their own atmosphere. On this album, they revisit classics and give them the quintet's unique personality. “Casa de Bituca” features songs by Milton with partners such as Fernando Brant, Lô Borges and Marcio Borges. The exceptions are the bonus track “Guerra e Paz I” (Hamilton de Holanda), which was already on the album Brasilianos 3, and “Mar da Indiferença” (Hamilton de Holanda/ Marcos Portinari), a song inspired by the sad photo of the Syrian boy who became a symbol of the tense moment we are living in. On the latter, the mandolinist takes on vocals for the first time on a recording. The quintet rehearsed and recorded the album in two days. In June 2016, the musicians went to the studio with the intention of recording some videos, celebrating the group's anniversary and creating a new repertoire. This moment of concentration and effervescence of ideas resulted in “Casa de Bituca”. At the end of the same year, they met in Juiz de Fora to record with the honoree, who sang a 'choir from Minas Gerais' in the song “Bicho Homem”.
