It was directed by Vladimir Tadej, and the script was written by Branko Ćopić, Arsen Diklić, Vlastimir Radovanović and Tadej himself. Partly inspired by the early life of Ćopić himself, the action takes place in the early 1920s in remote villages at the foot of Grmeč, and the protagonists are two boys who follow the conflict between the local population and the gendarmes, in which outlaws also get involved. The film was shot at Plitvice Lakes.[1] Roles Actor Role Behar Sušić Branko Ćopić Ramiz Pašić Iketa Vesna Krajina Iketina's mother Boris Dvornik Dane Desnica Ružica Sokić Branko's teacher Danilo Bata Stojković Sergeant Munizaba Slavko Simić Grandfather Rade Mato Ergović Prince Trtonja Nikola Simić Savatije Đuro Utješanović Đurđe Karabardak Slobodanka Odžić Veja Željko Malčić Slavko Tukić Joško Pazanin Joja Olivera Marković Baba Jeka Ivan Hajtl Mlinar Dundurije Mile Rupčić Hajduk I Ilija Ivezić Hajduk 3 Bogić Bošković Žandar Who wants to help on the way to the truth can donate through this Intesa Sanpaolo Banka dd BiH MY GIRO ACCOUNT NUMBER 391541169925626617 Thank you very much!
