What could a flock of starlings and a company team have in common? Potentially, a lot of things. The most common reason for leaving a job is the impossibility or difficulty of finding personal growth. More than too little pay, more than few company benefits. However, growth is a group issue: only by creating a shared space that facilitates the enhancement of one's talents is it possible to create a fertile climate for personal and professional growth. Thus, the group grows together and finds new ideas and solutions by propagation, just like starlings find their migratory direction, each following their neighbor in a great unison that brings the flock home. Rita Bellati works as a Strengths Coach with the aim of helping workers and teams discover, deepen and exercise their talents and thus return to being protagonists of their work. Her greatest joy is working with people and teams to create a culture of collaboration and a sense of belonging, to define challenges and their development. A strategic thinker, she explores and drives change with curiosity and enthusiasm, giving others the confidence to share the best version of what's on their mind.
