My journey continues. After the break on the summit of Groppo Rosso I set off and continue along the A14 path which in a few minutes, on the left, takes me to the Astass refuge (m 1599). The brick shelter has a large room with a table and benches, a mezzanine where you can sleep and a stove. From the refuge I continue in the direction of the Roncalla pass towards Prato della Cipolla (m.1578) where I can see a very good spring and the new refuge (no overnight stays) inaugurated in January 2009. From Prato della Cipolla just after the refuge on the left I follow the path which is definitely constantly uphill and which takes me first towards Monte Bue (m.1777) and finally Maggiorasca (m.1804).
