The Ore Mountains are a landscape full of traces. They are the longest and also the oldest Czech mountain range. At one time, they were also the richest region of the Czech kingdom. And until the Second World War, it was said to be even the most populated mountains in Europe. Despite all these superlatives, the Ore Mountains are today one of the least known mountain regions. Despite this, or precisely because of this, the Ore Mountains represent ideal terrain for mountain tourism - trekking and Nordic walking. Here you will find countless routes revealing beautiful forests, striking architecture, wild river valleys or mountain meadows with breathtaking views that will make you come back here again and again. We therefore decided to show you the most beautiful routes that lead through this mysterious mountain range. And since Great Walks means Great Walking Routes in translation, they must be multi-day. So we take a full field and set off towards the ancient Rudohoří.
