In this talk, Mar Bastero (CAFPE UGR) talks to us about the known universe, and what we don't know yet. Through the information provided by current observations, we can describe the evolution of our universe until today, but we also find new questions in search of answers: why it expands, what kind of matter fills our universe... Since the first direct detection of gravitational waves in 2015, we have a new window to observe our universe, which can help us to know it better. This conference is part of the 'The New Era of Fundamental Physics' cycle of the IFT at the Residencia de Estudiantes, held on the occasion of Science Week 2023. #FundamentalPhysics #FundamentalPhysicsConferences Production and credit of the images: Residencia de Estudiantes CSIC.
