Pike fishing in the bay of the Seversky Donets River. The ice was weak that day. We were looking for a bite all the time. We even risked going out to the riverbed and catching perch and pike there, but the ice on the riverbed is terrible and dangerous. The best bite was in the morning in the bay. In such places, the perch hides from the pike and comes out to feed.
