Grain extruder EKZ-75. Capacity: 60-75 kg/h Engine: 7.5 kW Voltage: 380V Designed for the preparation of feed by extrusion processing of grain. During extrusion, a temperature of 120-180 ° C and a pressure of 20-30 atm are achieved. Starch hydrolysis occurs with an increase in the amount of dextrins and total sugars, the structure of the cell walls is destroyed. Fiber breaks down into secondary sugar, as a result of which digestion of feed and taste qualities are improved, pathogenic microflora is destroyed. There is a significant increase in feed digestibility from 45% (with traditional grain processing) to 95%. For example, the use of extrudate of peas, corn, barley, and wheat in feeding pigs allows: Intensifying the average daily weight gain of pigs by 15.7-27%, Reducing feed costs, Reducing the mortality of piglets due to a sharp (2-17 times) reduction in bacterial and fungal contamination of grain.
