I visited on a weekday before lunchtime and there was a 60-group wait for table seats, but only 4 groups for standing, so I waited about 20 minutes and ate standing up. As expected of a popular restaurant, the ingredients were fresh and excellent, the staff were friendly and gave me detailed explanations about the fish. It's a restaurant I'd like to visit again! Hokkaido Lamb Charcoal Grilled Kabuto Sheep https://www.htmc-group.jp/49/ This is a restaurant that the owner of Shirokuma Shokudo in Otaru had highly praised, so we made a reservation before we left. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff were friendly and it was a comfortable restaurant! Restaurant Nagamorihttps://tabelog.com/hokkaido/A0101/A0... This restaurant is attached to Miura Shoten in Nijo Market. It opens at 7am, but there is always a line, so we went 20 minutes before opening. Both the grilled fish and sashimi were delicious, and the crab soup was also excellent. This is our second visit, and for us, this is the best breakfast in Sapporo!
