Want to learn how to monitor your project without freaking out? Check out the COURSE DESIGNING YOUR DREAM: https://planarqcampos.com.br/ For many people, a GOURMET AREA is a dream come true, whether it's a gourmet area with a barbecue, a leisure area with a pool, or a gourmet balcony for those who live in an apartment and have little space. It doesn't matter if it's a relaxing place to receive friends and relatives, even if it's a small gourmet area. But there are some MISTAKES IN THE GOURMET AREA that can ruin your decoration and make this place in your home little used, uncomfortable, and unwelcoming. In today's video, I want to tell you 10 MISTAKES IN DECORATING A GOURMET AREA so you don't waste money and end up frustrated. After watching this video, you will have a comfortable GOURMET SPACE easily and simply, a SIMPLE GOURMET AREA with a countertop, barbecue, cooktop, refrigerator, pool and much more, even if it's a small space. First, define where the GOURMET AREA will be. It could be on the side of your house in the back, in the front of your house in a garage, in the back in an outbuilding or even attached to your kitchen, or even a gourmet kitchen, on the terrace, under the stairs, on a gourmet balcony, etc. ITEM 1 – LAYOUT – Be careful when separating each item in the layout to ensure functionality. Separate the wet area, sink and work area from the hot area with barbecue, wood-fired oven, pizza oven and cooktop from the cold area with refrigerator and freezer. Have at least 40 to 50 cm of work area on the countertop and try to keep the refrigerator in a place that is easily accessible to guests, so that no one has to walk in front of the barbecue. Consider all the necessary items, such as a dining table, stools, seating area, sofas, armchairs, TV, sound system, etc. ITEM 2 – ROOFING – Avoid uncovered spaces or spaces that receive too much sun at certain times of the day. You can have a roof with ceramic tiles, a built-in roof, an exposed slab, a pergola, a glass or polycarbonate roof, but both can heat up the place. You can use colored glass or solar control glass, or you can add an addition to the roofing such as a pergola, retractable awning, pergola awning, use a retractable roof, etc.; ITEM 3 – COUNTERTOP - Have a sturdy countertop. AVOID marble, as it stains more easily. Porcelain countertops need to be well structured. Granite countertops are cost-effective. Concrete countertops need to be waterproofed. Quartz countertops can be damaged by too much sun, but supernate, ssm, ultra-compact surfaces are very good, and epoxy resin, epoxy paint and adhesive countertops may not last as long. ITEM 4 – FLOORS – Avoid slippery floors such as POLISHED PORCELAIN TILES, use SATIN PORCELAIN TILES, avoid vinyl floors and non-slip floors as they get dirty very easily; ITEM 5 – SWIMMING POOL – Be careful with pools that are too close to a circulation area or even to stools, in narrow and small areas, perhaps making a suspended pool would be safer and use protections to prevent accidents; ITEM 6 – LAVATORY – Have at least one lavatory or bathroom so that your guests do not need to enter the house on a party day and dirty your house. But be careful to maintain the privacy of the lavatory by using a screen, or by moving the window to a more strategic point; ITEM 7 – SMALL SINK – A very small round sink is not functional for washing skewers, knives and barbecue utensils, install a comfortably sized rectangular sink; ITEM 8 – CABINETS – Be sure to have storage, at least one lower cabinet with shelves on top; ITEM 9 – SUPPORT COUNTER – Have at least one counter to help those serving the barbecue, it can be an island with kitchen stools, or a peninsula or simply a support 40 to 50cm wide, it can have a dining table attached; ITEM 10 – LIGHTING – Use neutral and yellowish light, avoid white light, explore decorative light as well, spots, rails, wall lights, string lights etc; Here are the videos mentioned: SMALL GOURMET AREA: • SMALL GOURMET AREA - HOW TO MAKE IT...
