David Fritz-Goeppinger was at the Bataclan on the evening of November 13, 2015 (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Attenta...) , when the terrorists of the Islamic State burst in to sow death. A few minutes later, he was taken hostage. He owes his salvation to the intervention of the men of the Brigade de Recherche et d'Intervention, the BRI, a unit of the French judicial police. At 00:18, this elite unit decided to launch an assault. The hostages were freed, but for David it was the beginning of a new fight, that of reconstruction.
