In this clip, Rit takes us to Wat Taphan Market or Sriwanit Market, which locals call Sai Yud Market because it is a morning market that starts to close a bit later in the day. This market is located on Din Daeng Road, Soi Sriwanit or Wat Taphan (Wat Thatsanarun Sunthorikaram), near the Din Daeng Triangle. It is an old community market with mostly regular shops, with some non-regular shops coming in to sell. The products for sale start from the entrance of the alley to the temple, a distance of about 300 meters. We will find shops on both sides and street food carts selling a variety of food, including prepared foods, fresh vegetables, fruits, snacks, household items, fresh seafood, fish, pork, traditional snacks, etc. Before leaving, we will go to pay homage to Luang Pho To at Wat Taphan, a Sukhothai-style Buddha statue that is over 700 years old and is believed to have been created at the same time as Phra Buddha Chinnarat.
