Businesses around the world are feverishly preparing for the arrival of Donald Trump, with higher import tariffs in his wake. Companies that export to the United States are still trying to ship as many goods as possible. American importers are building up stocks and looking for alternative suppliers, and Chinese companies are trying to shift their trade flows.
