I had collected a stamp book of "Japan Society for Preserving Secret Hot Springs", so I headed to Okuhida Onsenkyo in Gifu. I took a highway bus from Shinjuku to Hirayu Onsen for lunch, and stayed at my first hot spring guesthouse "Takarayamaso" in Tochio Onsen for the first night, and at "Yarimikan" in Shinhotaka Onsen for the second night. I headed to "Shinhotaka no Yu", an open-air bath that I used to bathe in as an elementary school student, which holds many memories.
