I sincerely congratulate you on the holiday of the Nativity of Christ! Peace and goodness to your home and Christmas miracles! Several years ago we filmed a documentary film "Gifts of the Magi". This is one of the few Orthodox relics associated with the earthly life of the Savior that has survived to this day. As it is said in the Scriptures, three wise men from the East came to worship the newborn Christ. They brought gifts to the Infant Jesus - gold, frankincense and myrrh. They were carefully kept by the Mother of God throughout her life. The relics were transferred to Athos after the fall of Constantinople in 1453. The monks - the Svyatogorsk monks have preserved the treasures to this day. The film “Gifts of the Magi” gives a unique opportunity to touch the greatest relic of Christianity, to attend the Christmas service in the Athos monastery of St. Paul and to hear the instructions of the elders, so valuable in our time...
