Today we are going to learn a little more about the culture, its gastronomy and also about its crafts. First, don't forget to subscribe to my channel Conozca Nicaragua, and activate the bell so that I notify you of new videos from my beautiful Nicaragua. Look how this municipality of Masaya has changed. Being in Masatepe is also talking about Nicaraguan gastronomy, which I have highlighted and mentioned in many videos, because the idea of Conozca Nicaragua is to make everything known and here in Masatepe, a very popular, traditional food is tripe soup. You have heard about tripe soup, delicious, of all the soups we make in Nicaragua, tripe soup is the one that fascinates me, I love it, it is my favorite. And I was not left wanting, because I went to the Doña Néstor restaurant, the oldest in Masatepe, which keeps this culinary tradition alive. The family business is located on the east side of the San Juan Bautista Church three blocks north. If you feel like trying this delicious soup, here I leave you how to prepare it. The nice thing about coming to Masatepe is that today for the first time I am going to try the famous tamuga, it looks like nacatamal, but it is not the same. Have you ever wondered what Nicaraguan women are like? We are hard workers, we don't run away from work, and if we don't have a formal job, we take on what we like to do the most. In Masatepe, the trade of typical Nicaraguan sweets is still in progress. Along the road in this part of the country, the traveler can see a variety of furniture made with wicker, wood and leather. Masatepe artisans exalt Nicaragua with their wonderful creations. Masatepe also has a handicraft market, which highlights the talented Nicaraguan hands. This municipality of Masaya has a great history with the old railroad. For 117 years, the railroad extension operated in Nicaragua, which was a train route that linked the main cities of the Pacific, such as Chinandega, León, Managua, Masaya and Granada with its main seaport in Corinto. We still find in this municipality, the beauty of an aging residential landscape, with old adobe houses, which were made with materials such as clay, straw and wood, being another pride of Masatepe. In an upcoming tour we will show you the natural beauties of this place, whose economic activity is agriculture. #AsíesNicaragua #viralvideo #tourism #gastronomy #Nicaragua #nicaraguans #history #traditions #volcanoes #mondongo #tamuga #soup #crafts #handicrafts #wood #land #shoemaker #market #traditions #sofa #trends #railways #masatepe #deerland #sweets #typical #gettoknownicaragua #masaya
