Get Rid of HEEL PAIN! A Proven Way to Cure Heel Spurs and Plantar Fasciitis #heel Do you feel a sharp, stabbing pain in your heel? When you get up in the morning, can't you stand on your heel? Do you run or like to walk a lot? When you get out of the car or from your desk, do you feel dizzy? Do your Achilles and calves hurt? If so, it is very likely that you are suffering from plantar fasciitis or heel spurs. As an avid runner, I have struggled with this several times and it is really not pleasant. How does this problem arise? By long-term overuse of the tendons, ligaments and muscles that connect to the heel. These include the Achilles, biceps and triceps muscles of the calf, and the plantar fascia - a strong ligament that runs under the foot from the heel to the tips of the toes. The calves are some of the most overworked muscles in the body, especially if you have flat feet. If the calves are shortened, it creates more tension on the tendons, which leads to heel pain and subsequently to plantar fasciitis. If the inflammation is not treated, the body responds by creating new bone tissue, which causes a heel spur. Calcifications form in the attachments of the plantar fascia, which press on the surrounding soft tissues and cause sharp pain, most often in the morning. How to treat a spur? Treatment consists of stretching the plantar fascia, relaxing the calf muscle and wearing appropriate shoes. Self-massage of the foot and calf is also important. You cannot focus only on the painful heel, you need to mainly address the calves and the whole body. I am Pavla Modrá and in this video I will show you how to relieve heel pain. We will start with self-massage of the foot and calf. #pain #spurs #plantarfascia #calfpain #running #inflammation #pavlamodra #physiotherapy Timeline: 00:00 How does a heel spur manifest itself 00:36 How does a heel spur arise 01:42 How to treat plantar fasciitis - you can't just treat the heel 02:15 Self-massage of the foot - relief from painful heels 04:46 Self-massage of the foot - when heels hurt from the back 06:36 Releasing the foot from the outside 07:34 Pressure point massage - relief from pain in the foot from the inside 09:08 Guasha - massage tool to relax the foot 11:49 How to relax your Achilles tendon - pain relief 13:08 How to get rid of calf pain - effective self-massage 15:36 How to relax the anterior shin muscle 16:53 How to stretch the plantar fascia and Achilles 18:52 Exercise to stretch the plantar fascia and foot 20:25 Exercise to stretch the calf muscles and Achilles 22:17 Exercise to stretch the calves and relax the foot 24:40 Exercise to stretch the shin and calves 25:55 Exercise to relax the foot from the outside 27:21 What else will help you with this - a bath in alkaline water 28:55 Wear adjustment socks 29:20 Lubricate it with diclofenac ointment 30:29 Pay attention to the shoes you wear Guasha - a massage tool to relax the foot https://www.tejpy.cz/rose-guasha-masa...
