Georgiana Lobonț started her artistic career at a very young age, namely 4 years old. Her parents say that she was fascinated by singing and when she came back from kindergarten she had her ritual, she would go to the room with the mirror, climb on a chair and sing in front of it with her hands on her hips, gesturing like a real artist. She inherited the talent from the family, her father, Lobonț Ioan Călin, being a former professional dancer and his sister, her aunt, Maria Lobonț, a popular music singer. The first songs were taught in kindergarten, her mother and grandmother took care of the talented young woman and supported her. Later, taking her to music competitions, where she won prizes, they realized her potential but also her fierce desire to sing. She graduated from primary school, middle school and high school in Gherla. For 12 years she was a member of the group "Zestrea" / "Colindița" from Gherla, led by Marinela and Constantin Istici, a vocal group where she formed, all this time participating in popular music competitions. In 2005, he was a bud of thesaurus in the Tezaur Folkloric show produced by the late Marioara Murărescu on TVR 1, and then followed a beautiful collaboration with the "Tradiții" and "Doina" ensembles from Cluj Napoca, choreographers Ioan and Camelia Motoc, with whom caroled everyone, acting as a vocal soloist. He graduated from the "Tudor Jarda" Popular Arts School in Cluj-Napoca and attended the "Babes Balyoi" Faculty of Law in the same city. By the age of 26, he released 5 albums of popular, party music, carols and songs. She was the first folk artist to become a vlogger, filming vlogs of her home, personal/professional life, connecting with her fans in an amazing way. She amassed over 100,000 subscribers on her YouTube account in 2020 , thus receiving the "SILVER CREATOR AWARD - YOUTUBE" award from the platform, the silver button. It managed to enter the list of the most popular videos on YouTube both in Romania and abroad. She enjoys success and is a highly rated artist on the Romanian market, having many collaborations with different artists, in different musical styles. It is known that Georgiana Lobonț loves authentic old folk costumes, so that several times in media appearances she presented her own collection of Romanian folk costumes. Georgiana Lobonț became a wife in 2016, marrying her manager, Rareș Ciciovan, with whom she has 2 children, a boy and a girl.
