"Ok, Boomer"? There are always clashes between Gen Z and the older generation. Hard lines often emerge, especially on issues such as equality, discrimination and work-life balance. Older people are ignorant and insist on outdated views. Younger people, on the other hand, are lazy, prejudiced and judge older people too quickly. What many younger people perceive as inconsiderate or hurtful is not meant that way. Every generation is diverse and there are conservative and progressive voices in both the older and younger generations. Is it all just a big misunderstanding? Should younger people be less strict with older people? Or do older people have to be more open to change? We'll discuss this in the new episode 13 Questions! Do you have a topic that we should discuss in our next episode? Feel free to write us your suggestions at [email protected] .
