The first 5 months of owning a Gazelle NEXT with a Cummins isf 2.8 engine have passed. The mileage, after 5 months, was a paltry 6458 km. Despite such a small mileage, you can already make the first timid conclusions about this car. In January and February 2021, severe frosts set in in the Tomsk region, which sometimes reached -45 degrees. Since the car has a diesel engine, I was very interested in how it would be able to pass its first operation in such severe frosts. Constantly monitoring all engine performance indicators, levels of technical fluids, at a certain point I found out that the level of hydraulic fluid had slightly decreased. I started looking for the reason for this. As a result of a short search, I found out that the cause was a leak of hydraulic fluid at the joints. I fixed this malfunction. The next thing I should watch is the rattling of the gearbox. When I press the clutch pedal, the sound disappears. Since the car is under warranty, I think I shouldn't worry too much. At the moment, there is no point in contacting the official dealer, since the malfunction has not manifested itself in full. We'll have to wait a little.... In general, summing up the first 5 months of operation, we can say that the car is currently running and does not cause any special problems. I hope everything will continue like this.
