On Sunday, July 28, 2024, we celebrated Bavarian tradition and culture in its most beautiful form. ???? Parade through Aschau im Chiemgau Despite the rainy morning, the weather cleared up just in time for the parade and gave us perfect conditions. Over 4,500 traditional costume wearers took part in this magnificent parade, accompanied by 43 festively decorated floats and 20 music bands. A real feast for the eyes for all lovers of Bavarian tradition! ???? Festival and honorary guests We were particularly honored by the presence of Bavaria's Prime Minister Dr. Markus Söder, who gave the festival a special shine. The host was the traditional costume association "D'Griabinga" Hohenaschau, which put a lot of heart and soul into organizing an unforgettable festival. ???? Perfect weather for the celebration After the rain in the morning, the sun shone just in time for the parade and let the traditional costumes shine in all their glory. A perfect day to celebrate the diversity and beauty of Bavarian culture. ????
