Sklyar - present their second album 26 years after their spectacular appearance. The project was first conceived and implemented in 1995, and in 2020, in honor of the 25th anniversary of "Boatswain and Brodyaga", it was decided to resume it and release the second part of the album. Familiar to everyone characteristic voices, the most beloved "folk" and completely new author's heartfelt songs. The recording of the songs took place in the Studio of Garik Sukachev. 26 years ago, the presentation of the first album took place in the format of a concert, it was not planned and happened in an amazing way. The musicians did not even have the idea to record a record. All the songs were written exclusively for themselves and performed in the dressing rooms at get-togethers after concerts only for their own. The musicians still do not understand where and how Yusup Bakhshiev, the owner of the then fashionable club "Moskovsky", could have heard these songs performed by Garik and Alexander. He was not part of the company of close friends, and they did not even really know each other. But it was he who persuaded the guys to perform these songs openly at a concert in his club, and at the same time at five other venues. This is how the audience heard the project "Boatswain and the Tramp" for the first time. Evil, unattainable rockers, and this is the image that the artists, according to them, supported in those distant years, performed Vysotsky's songs, folk songs and their own original songs, such as "Outside the Window, the Month of May", "Drolya" and others, on stage with guitars. The songs included in the project "Boatswain and the Tramp" of 1995 were never recorded in a studio. There is only a Live recording of the concert, which was made during one of the performances of "Program A". This was the only program on television that wrote and showed concerts. Thus, the duet that appeared by chance instantly became popularly adored and gave the country hits that are still listened to at maximum volume in the car and sung at family celebrations. The first single "And Again May Month" after its release immediately went into rotation on 5 radio stations: Avtoradio, Shanson, Nashe, Miliceyskaya Volna and Piter FM, and the single "Oh, More in Gagrah" is already playing at the stations of the southern direction of Russian Railways upon arrival and departure of trains, as well as in carriages, creating a light mood for vacationers. Songs such as "And my life flows and rolls", "I had a lot of money", "There is a road along the Chuysky Tract" - have incredible potential to go to the people and become new favorite hits.
