And we already know the secret of her delicious soups. From now on, I'll use these tricks too :-) Recipe for junk soup Ingredients: 3 beets (with stalks are fine); 4 carrots; 2 parsley roots; a quarter of a celery root; leek; 5-6 potatoes; parsley; 1.5 l of water, 3 tablespoons of beetroot leaven and spices: salt, pepper, allspice, bay leaves, 3 tablespoons of butter, flour. Preparation: Grate the beets, carrots, parsley and celery on a grater with large holes. Finely chop the beetroot stalks, leek, and cut the potatoes into four and cut into thin slices. Melt butter in a pan and add vegetables, except potatoes, salt. Stew covered until soft. Transfer to a pot of boiling water, add potatoes and bay leaves, pepper and allspice.
