Luciana Hosoi's (@lucianahosoi) home in São Paulo, designed by Razuk Arquitetura (@carolrazuk) and Felipe Protti (@felipeprotti), is 300m² and features a functional layout that includes four bedrooms, a living and dining room, a TV room, a kitchen, a guest bathroom, a laundry room, an outdoor area and an outbuilding. Among the various spaces, the highlights include the pool, the master bedroom, the baby's room, the living room and the guest bathroom, which were carefully planned to meet the needs and desires of Luciana and her family. The owners were looking for a style that combined industrial and modern elements, and the pool was inspired by a hotel in Tulum, which brought a tropical touch to the project. The decor also reflects a strong influence from Japan, a place that has special meaning for the couple, as it was where they spent their honeymoon and got pregnant. This personal connection with Japan manifests itself in details that enrich the environment, making it even more unique. Designer Kelly Wearstler, whose work is admired by Luciana, also served as inspiration, contributing to the contemporary aesthetics of the space. One of the main attractions of the residence is, without a doubt, the decor. The team at Razuk Arquitetura worked to highlight the aesthetics of the property, making significant changes such as removing ceiling linings to expose the concrete, and peeling back walls, which left the bricks exposed. This approach not only enhanced the original structure of the house, but also gave the space an authentic and contemporary character. The furniture chosen has an industrial design that harmonizes with pieces found in antique shops and family objects, creating a mix of styles that brings personality to the space. Elements such as marble and hand-painted paintings in the bedrooms add even more value to the decor. The pool, with checkered hydraulic tiles, not only serves as a focal point, but also as an invitation to relax and socialize, perfectly complementing the proposal of a modern and welcoming home. ???? Hi, my name is Lucila Zahran Turqueto and I'm responsible for Casa de Valentina! The project started as a blog in 2008, the result of my passion for decorating spaces, when I was setting up my first house. Over time and with a lot of dedication, Casa de Valentina grew, gained momentum and matured. I received invitations to write articles for the main magazines in the segment, I was featured on the cover of a magazine and we won the title of the most influential design and décor blog in Latin America. Here on YouTube, you will find a select selection of architectural projects, with good decoration and interior solutions. A space for us to share inspiration and good taste!
