Cut the Japanese parsley into 5cm lengths. Parboil the shirataki noodles and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cut the tofu into 8 equal pieces and wipe off the water with a paper towel. ② Parboil the beef in boiling water and drain. ③ Put A in a pot, put it on the fire and bring it to a boil. Add beef, tofu, shirataki noodles and spring onion. Cover with aluminum foil and simmer for about 10 minutes on medium to low heat.
