In this interview, Caterina tells us how she made her career choice based on her role within her group of friends. Later, at university, despite having entered with the idea of dedicating herself to organizational psychology, she took a course in cognitive-behavioral therapy and discovered her passion. Caterina also tells us about the evolution of awareness about mental health and with it the demand for mental health professionals, as well as competition. She highlights the importance of complementary skills to achieve differentiation and the ethical commitment to updating oneself. Finally, she reflects on the importance of focusing not only on the career life at university, but also on how the career is lived after studying.
