Class for those who want to achieve the GREEN belt or advance their training. In this class we will see the Kata Heian Yondan. Heian Yondan is the 4th kata in the “Heian” series, it means Peace and Tranquility level 4 and focuses on the improvement of the practitioner, strengthening the Zenkutsu-Dachi and Kokutsu-Dachi bases.
