A scheme created by members of the criminal faction PCC (Primeiro Comando da Capital) to get their hands on a large volume of public money, based on contracts signed with city halls and municipal councils in the interior of São Paulo. This is the theme of this episode of the UOL Prime podcast, presented by José Roberto de Toledo. UOL columnist Flavio VM Costa says that the scheme, which lasted for years, used companies linked to a member of the faction, a pagodeiro known as Latrell Brito, and included paying bribes to public agents.
