Ronja von Rönne is looking for a wardrobe that suits her and increases her well-being. Max Mogg, who designs English bespoke suits à la James Bond and owns a small boutique in Berlin-Charlottenburg, helps her. He deliberately uses fashion as a "second skin" to boost his self-confidence, shape his personality - and as a communication tool to start a conversation with others. Leyre Lasierra Viguri is a surgeon at a Berlin hospital and wears a professional uniform in her everyday life: sterile surgical clothing or a white doctor's coat that does not allow for any individuality. But as soon as her shift is over, she changes: Leyre loves colorful, extravagant, dazzling - and tells Ronja how you can express yourself through fashion and where you can find clothes that suit you. Fashion psychologist Aurore Bardey gives an insight into scientific studies that show how strongly fashion can influence our cognitive abilities, our attention and perception, as well as our well-being - from enclothed cognition to the halo effect. Fashion journalist Diana Weis and fashion sociologist Antonella Giannone explain the role trends play and how fashion is related to status and social advancement.
