In this video, I will tell you how my hypochondria and increased anxiety led me to a psychologist, then a psychiatrist, and ultimately to the Bekhterev Psychiatric Hospital (V.M. Bekhterev National Medical Research Center of Psychiatry and Neurology), although in my case this could have been avoided.
