We like to prepare it for Christmas as one of the traditional dishes that everyone knows. See how to make carp for Christmas Eve in a simple and tasty way. A complete recipe from filleting to serving :) You can use our recipe on Christmas Eve, because its preparation is simple and does not take much time. Then you can enjoy fresh fish. Ingredients: 600 g carp (fillet) 250 g mushrooms 100 g butter 3 medium onions rapeseed oil black pepper salt ½ teaspoon sugar Step 1 Wash and prepare the carp for filleting. Step 2 Fillet the fish and remove the bones. Cut into pieces. Step 3 Prepare the breading from flour and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Coat the pieces of fish in the breading. Step 4 Heat rapeseed oil and butter in a pan. Fry the fish until golden brown. Medium heat 3-4 minutes on each side. Step 5 Chop and fry the onion. Step 6 Fry the mushrooms. Step 7 Serve immediately or transfer all ingredients to an oven-proof dish and heat in the oven just before serving. Enjoy your meal!
