And then the autopsy is formal: Sylvie was already dead when the fire broke out. Worse: François Darcy has gunpowder residue on his hands as well as traces of vegetable oil, a fire accelerator. The icing on the cake: despite appearances, relations within the couple were very tense. Sylvie, who was boiling the pot, was even considering leaving her husband.
