Make the burgers and season with salt, pepper and olive oil. 2. Heat a non-stick frying pan, when it is very hot, place the burgers and let grill until desired doneness. • FOR THE MAYONNAISE: Free-range egg yolk 5 units White vinegar 20ml Corn oil 350ml Salt 3g Ground black pepper 1g PREPARATION METHOD: 1. In a mixer, place the egg yolks, vinegar, and salt and start beating at medium speed. 2. When the mixture is well mixed, start adding the corn oil little by little until it reaches the mayonnaise consistency. 3. Set aside in the refrigerator. • FOR THE CREAMY CHEESE Processed Gruyère cheese 400g Cream 200g White wine 100ml PREPARATION METHOD: 1. Place all the ingredients in a pan over a bain-marie and mix until well mixed and creamy. 2. Serve warm • FOR THE RUSTIC POTATO Asterix Potato with house 1kg Soybean Oil 1L Salt 15g PREPARATION METHOD: 1. Cook the potatoes until they are very soft. 2. Remove them from the water carefully so they don't break and place them on a tray and place them on a tray next to each other. 3.
