Gosho Takara-yu is a public bathhouse that opened in Gose City, Nara. Since its founding in 1916, Takara-yu had been supporting the town's prosperity, but sadly closed in 2008 due to the aging of the owner. After that, other public bathhouses in Gose City also went out of business one after another, and all the public baths were gone. That's when a 27-year-old young man who had loved public baths since he was a child stepped up. "I want to bring back the public bath culture that we've lost!" He decided to take on the challenge of reviving Takara-yu for the first time in 14 years.
